CAI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building better communities by providing information, education, and resources to all community association stakeholders, including community managers, homeowner leaders, and the professionals who support them. At the national and state level, CAI is the primary source for continuing education, resulting in numerous professional designations conferred upon the staff and corporation.
